Learning TDD was enlightening, not just to get things done, but to understand the emotional dynamics of creating something.

Now I try to engineer my cycles so that I alternate between building and gardening. That's the way I write these posts.

Our schedule can also respond to this pattern: a builder's morning 🌞 followed by a gardener's evening? A build sprint followed by a gardening sprint? Build during the crescent moon 🌙, garden in the descent.

Whatever way you want, the recipe is easy to say, difficult to execute:

A. Separate build time from garden time.
B. Oscillate between them.
C. Repeat until you trust the process.
