Afterword to Getting Over It
Aaaaaaand that was my analysis of human behaviour based on a sample of 2 that concludes that you should recklessly take risks in your life based on how my 8-yo son plays an iPad game.
You are welcome.
I didn’t want to ruin the beautiful ending and brought the joke to this afterword.
This week I’ve made very little progress in the design of the blog, apart from that handwritten footer.
On one hand, I find it difficult to improve on this clean standard HTML format. Who would have thought?!?
On the other—and this is more concerning—I overcomplicated the production of the post once again. I had to:
- Screen record my son and I playing the game.
- Create a YouTube channel to host the videos.
- Draw all the diagrams (I use Procreate in my iPad, btw).
I promised myself that I would simplify the content so that I could post more frequently, but some habits are hard to break.
It’s easier to reboot a website than to reboot a brain, but I already knew that.
What I didn’t know is what I would write about this week. All these posts bring with them some surprises, as they develop. In this case, it brought me an imaginary site:
Beyond the Wall, a site where I venture out of my comfort zone, and share my experience as I try new things. Target audience: 35yo-50yo, midlife pron. YouTube Channel. Instant hit. Into the backlog.
