We might be at Peak Divergence today.
Divergence happens when there is diversity and everyone has a voice.
Divergence is a good sign.
But divergence turns loud and frustrating. Divergence is disagreement, it's entrenchment, it's deadlock. Divergence slows us down.
At its peak, divergence removes our sense of possibility: "This is going nowhere".
But divergence, like everything else, is just a phase.
