GOALS must sit in the middle of a PURPOSE, and a SYSTEM OF WORK.

Goals must be linked to the other 2. Without them, goals become a problem, not a solution.

A goal without a purpose takes a life of its own and mutates into a threat.

A goal without a system is just a dream, at best. At worst, it becomes a source of frustration and bitterness.
