Last year I resolved to lower my weight to 69kg. I sticked to a strict diet.

I weighted myself daily, tracking the progress towards the goal. Slowly but surely, I got there 💪.

Then I thought: "Why not 67kg?" 🤔

That proved to be quite challenging. I started messing up with the diet and taking some extreme measures.

I became obsessed with the scale 🤬. Everytime the number didn't meet my expectations, I would grow anxious and feel miserable 😰.

I messed up my health, my confidence and my peace of mind, precisely the things I was aiming to improve.

The target became obsessive and played against me.

Fortunately, I had the presence of mind to put an end to that madness before it was worse 👍.
